Increasing Teacher Quantity and Education

Teacher is a noble profession; teacher is like a candle for student which be lighting. But when they get the order as teacher, they have to show professionalism, someone who has knowledge and insight or as a paragon. However problems we face for now a more regularly that is teacher for profession. The teacher is like it its danger. Because they can’t create character and educate goodly.

The government is not really save and protect teacher’ status. Existence of private teacher is wistfully real. They are step child who is not care by government. It is seen from a lot of private school can’t hire their teacher. If the government let it, so it will be school that always ask fund from sociality.

The person who has fully responsibility in this process of increasing good skilled teacher is the teacher self, who can be professional in teaching while the next generation is on his hand. What he teaches, how he teaches, and where he teaches, are the factors of professional processing in teaching. And these should be owned by each teacher. Willy nilly, because they should be aware of why they choose to be teacher than other career, government as the holder of education must put this understanding in each teacher’s brain. So the education in Indonesia will be great when it has great teacher.

These writing tended toinform the government that there is still unsolved problem about education in Indonesia, it looked good when they preserve many aspect to create good skilled teacher because teacher is one of most important man to build the student’s skill up. so the reason preserved by the presentation is right enough.
